Artur P. Suckewer, CEO & Founder. Mr.Suckewer founded Knite in 1996 and has led the company through four rounds of financing totaling in excess of $3 million. His leadership focus includes Knite’s technology advancement and product development. In his previous position as a Project Engineer with Princeton X-Ray Laser, Inc., he designed and built high-precision scientific instruments, gaining valuable insight into the operation of a high-tech start-up. Suckewer graduated with BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).

Prof. Dr. Karl H. Zaininger, Managing Director and Assistant Secretary to the Board. Prof. Zaininger is the President, CEO and founder (1991) of Global Technology Management Partnerships, a business consulting company located in Princeton, and has been contracted by Knite since 2003 to join the company's Management Team. He is also Lecturer in the Center for Innovation in Engineering Education and in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Princeton University, as well as Honorary Professor and Lecturer at both the Kyiv Mohyla Academy Business School and the University Ukraina. He received his MSE, MA, and Dr. Ing. from Princeton University and attended the Harvard Business School's Executive Management Program. Previously he has worked for Thomas Group Inc. (TGI), a management consulting firm, as Vice President and Senior Partner responsible for new product development processes. Before that, he was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, the President and CEO, CTO, an Executive Vice President, and a Research Director at Siemens Corporate Research and Support, Inc. Earlier, Dr. Zaininger was also responsible for managing a number of United States government projects, including VHSIC and other programs of the US Army Electronics Technology and Devices Laboratory and the Solar Research Institute. His first 20 professional years he spent at RCA Research Laboratories as Scientist and Technical Manager in Si-chip technology development.
